Living My American Dream

Before my family put down roots in the Carolinas, I was raised in New Hampshire, watching my parents work hard to provide for their family - my mother a teacher and my father the proud owner and operator of Woodward & Sons, a local construction company.

I moved south to Greenville, NC to attend Eastern Carolina University, where I met the love of my life, Lea, and began a successful career in banking. We moved to Fort Mill, SC to start our family in 2010 and, bank hours and stress aside, we fell in love with our new life.

In 2015, we lost my dad and the kids’ beloved “Ba” to cancer. He was my role model and best friend, and I couldn’t help but reflect on my own life after such a devastating loss. Aiming to be a legacy he could be proud of, the desire to give my kids every opportunity and be around to watch them grow up became my new American dream.

Enter, Real Estate.

For nearly a decade, I’ve served home buyers and sellers in the Charlotte suburbs and metro area. In 2024, I completed over $12M+ in closings for 23 clients - a dream come true for each of their families and mine.

I attribute my success to the priority I place on my relationships - relationships built on integrity, transparency, and trust.

My wife Lea and I have taken full advantage of all the Carolinas have to offer for our family. We work hard to give our kids great opportunities and wonderful childhood memories.
